Key Responsibilities
Guardianship
Ensuring the welfare and rights of students, representing and advocating for them in school-related matters, and maintaining regular communication with school authorities.
Accommodation
Arranging high-quality accommodation with verified hosts, including emergency host family arrangements.
24/7 Emergency Assistance
Offering round-the-clock emergency assistance to students and parents.
Transport & Travel Arrangement
Providing transportation services to and from the airport, boarding school, and host families’ accommodations.
Academics
Attending parent evenings, monitoring academic progress, and reporting it to parents.
Finances
Assisting with the setup of UK bank accounts, arranging payment of school fees, and providing a SIM card purchase and top-up service.
Miscellaneous
Providing additional services such as arranging clinic/hospital visits, travel and health insurance, travel planning services, translator services, restaurant reservation, booking theatre and general tickets.
